Staying at Amanzi offers the advantage of exploring Thai cuisine with the guidance of your own personal chef and dining in privacy at an unhurried pace. The bright kitchen, very well equipped with modern appliances, is mainly the chef’s domain but is open for guests to use at their convenience.
Amanzi has a suggestion menu of mostly Thai dishes but Western dishes may be prepared on request. The villa also offers a wine list, and the villa manager is happy to take guests along to a local wine shop should they prefer to browse the options themselves. Special dietary requirements are accommodated and can be discussed prior to arrival.
The chef takes care of the shopping and provisions are charged at market price plus a 20% handling fee. Guests are requested to provide a sum of money in advance to cover the grocery bills and the staff will keep the receipts for reference. To ensure the chef has enough time to prepare, guests are encouraged to plan meals at least one day in advance.
Staying in a villa offers a wonderful chance to experience Thai hospitality at its best. Villa Amanzi is staffed by an experienced friendly team who offer caring and personal service tailored to your preferences. The manager and chef are pleased to discuss your needs to ensure you enjoy a restful and enjoyable holiday at the villa.
